I'm not trying to get you to deny anything... or even claiming you're trying to convert me. No one is persecuting you.

What I'm trying to say is that GCx is a cult. They are an unhealthy cult, and they can damage people's lives, regardless. I wouldn't want anyone hanging out with people from this cult, because it is the major institution which should be of worry to us (not individual people)... I don't think it's worth it to expose anyone to this group of people, anymore than I would to other more dysfunctional churches, like the WBC. To me, this is like arguing that someone stay in an abusive relationship because of a belief a deity can work it for good. It's not sensible... and GCx is, at the very least, spiritually abusive.

Other than my belief that the whole matter is in God's hands and that He can use these people I personally would never recommend as examples of Christianity, I think you and I are just saying the same thing here.
