"Israel's watchmen are blind, they all lack knowlege;
they are all mute dogs, they cannot bark."
Isaiah 56:10
The shepherds or elders of GCx
must be BLIND to what they
practice in their churches; they certainly lack
true knowledge of the
love,
compassion, and
humility of the Saviour, whom they say they serve. It is
evident in how they treat their followers. They speak and teach with such condescending tone (although covered up with soft smooth speech like butter), belittling language, and sometimes even downright disdain for those they claim in their "care". It is communicated subtly and non-verbally that they, the elders, are untouchable and beyond reproach. Perhaps this
head trip is so vital to them that they can't expose and publicly judge the deceitful "shepherd" who appointed them, or don't want to loose the living they make from it, or are afraid to really trust God enough to do anything different.
"They are shepherds who lack understanding; they all turn to their own way, each seeks his own gain."
Isaiah 56:11
Thus, they have become MUTE to GCx's severe Spiritual Abuse! Those who are supposed to be guarding the flock sound no warning cry! They become indifferent to the vast harm they have and continue to produce. The "watchdogs" are silent and DO NOT WARN:
DANGER TO YOUR PRECIOUS FAITH!!!"Are you not a brood of rebels, the offspring of liars?...
"Whom have you so dreaded and feared that you have been false to me...
"I will expose your righteousness and your works, and they will not benefit you."
Isaiah 57:4,11,12
This site allows victims a safe place to testify about abuses of "spiritual authority" by GCx. Their spiritual abuse is about exploitation of mostly young people not even out of college. It's about "spiritual manipulation" of people's life choices for the good of the "movement", not for God's pleasure.
It is quite necessary to report and expose their abusive actions because they have made themselves accountable to no one, really. Even their history seems in the process of being "rewritten". Their paper of "weaknesses" was not the whole truth, it was not a repentant apology.
It is possible that the verses below describe God's feelings about their "Weakness Paper" and their attitude :
"They dress the wound of my people as though it were not serious.
'Peace, peace,' they say when there is no peace.
Are they ashamed of their loathsome conduct?
No, they have no shame at all"
Jeremiah 6:14,15
