I got this email from a friend who wrote back and forth with Mark Darling a few times.  Yes, it's his writing and his email.  He is somewhat bad at writing, grammar and sentence structures.  I am not sure what to make of it.  It was a few years back.  It was about marriage and couples that don't see eye to eye.  It's a comment for the horse's mouth.  Hope no one takes offense.

by the way , how did u find out about the rock? was that your first time attending? tell me a little about yourself if u would? hope u have a great day, sincerely ,mark darling

I do know that inter-racial dating was frowned upon... one of the women told me years later a guy was asking about me, (I guess considering me for marriage), but was told not to pursue it since it would be difficult...

Wow that is very interesting.  Not sure why they would see that as a problem.  Look at the Song of Solomon.   Some suggest that he was in love with a woman that was darker-skinned than her.  I guess if you went to Seminary you would know that.  That was taught even at Bible colleges.

Shows how that an education, a Bible based one, is good.

Sorry you experienced that.
