I have not gone to a GCM church in over 6 years.  A year and a half before I left I went on a ministry trip which I am grateful for the opportunity to do.  There was one issue that I should have thought of before I went.  The issue was related to a preexisting condition I have had for the past 20 yrs. You might have to pm if you want to know more just so nobody figures who I might be.

One time I was really dehydrated, but one of the team members thought I was drinking too much water because it cost money.  Hell with the fact I was getting sick and we were walking around.
