There is a new church building going up in a neighboring town that happens to be a GCM church.  They have been working on it for a LONG LONG time.  I keep wondering when they will finish it.  The work is hard and the progress seems slow.

I thought it was funny the other day I mentioned it to a friend as we drove past.  He said, "It's probably slow because they are using volunteer labor."

I mentioned it again to my mom another day when we drove past, my mom said, "Do you think it's all being done by volunteers?"

The next time I drove past, sure enough it looked like a huge group of volunteer workers working.  Could be wrong, but I don't think so.

It is so GCM-y to ask for loads of money to build a church and then have everyone do all the work building it.
