Wikipedia administrator James B. Watson blocked a single purpose account "Photobookpro85" from editing on Wikipedia for one week, citing edit warring and a conflict of interest, and warning of a "serious risk" that the user could be blocked for much longer in the future.

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Photobookpro85&oldid=525519540

But how was Watson certain that the user had a conflict of interest? Besides the behavior noted in the block notice, electronic bots recorded the IP address of the user, 199.27.160.2 which resolves to the web address gccweb.org - the main website for Great Commission Churches which is hosted by Cramer Consulting IT in Coralville, IA. Mars Hill Church serves the Coralville area.

Wikipedia propagates un-truths and biased writings at every level.  It should be expected in what you write about above.  Ask Nate Swinton about that, and how he was involved in this from the very beginning for PRO-GCM writings and ramblings.  He left GCM and the forum but left a great mark for us to consider.  Reach him at:

Cramer Development is owned by Josh and Dana Cramer... who left Ames to help plant the Mars Church.

According to anonymous poster "blonde" on the forums of gcmwarning.com, "Wikipedia propagates un-truths and biased writings at every level."(reliable source?)(conflict of interest?)(contentious?)

I think she was agreeing with you. She's not pro-CGx altering stuff.

If anybody has any concerns on a Wikipedia article that members of an organization have edited the article to propagate untruths or bias towards their own organization, it can be edited by anyone with the tag {{COI}} at the top of the article. Editors specialized in identifying conflict-of-interest issues will help clean it up. It's a team effort. Reaching out to people of all points of view to create neutrally-voiced and reliably sourced content it's what it's all about.

Nate worked for the leadership of GCM (wrote articles on the official Wiki pages) and tried to change many minds that it was OK.  A PR stunt that did not work.
