[GC No More]

Greetings! I've been lurking on this site for a couple of years and finally decided to introduce myself. I was part of a GC church for a few years. The same old story: met people that were really passionate and sold-out for the Lord, was attracted to their lifestyle and what they were doing and how God was using them, got involved, got more involved, saw things I didn't agree with, put it down to peoples' personal preferences, saw that personal preferences were not just that, tried to do things differently, didn't see any change, had to move away for a while for work, stayed on. So that's my story. I'm still good friends with a quite a few people in the church. I don't feel like I was deceived into thinking things were something they're not. I just didn't feel like it was the right fit for me. So, that's me. If you have any questions about me or my experience, please ask.
