I heard this is where I can go to try to destroy people's lives and gossip and slander at will...all in the name of Christ.  It's a digital lynch mob so to speak. I know I can't cast the first stone because you angry little people have cast so many, but boy I'm eager to get started. Let's go!

I don't quite understand how this Forum has brought true healing to anyone.  In the church I have attended for over a decade I have been able to bring my hurts, concerns, ideas, personal prayer requests and challenges to my pastors and they have never brushed me off, treated my thoughts as insignificant or told me I was wrong.  I've been given perspective at time.  I have been encouraged.  I've been challenged. I have received humble apologies and I've been told, even by pastors at times, "I'm sorry, that was not what I meant.  I was wrong AND will you forgive me." I am a woman and I have been respected and treated with kindness.  I am not in an inner circle, in fact my entire life I've stayed outside of those and I do not find one in my church.  I serve the Lord with gladness.  I rejoice with others and mourn as well.  When people have left our church I send them notes to let them know I am for them and love them.  It's been my personal observation that not a lot of people leave the church (other than because they move, have a passion for a different type of missions or because of health or family challenges) with a healthy way of communicating their heart.  I've seen a lot of people angry and proud and those people will never admit that (because of said pride).  To leave and to come to this place, is a reflection on some deeper issues for certain.  This is truly an odd place for healing to be found.  I don't see a lot of healthy conversations.  I've come to say there is a better way to find healing.  This will never accomplish what you are hoping for.  What you are hoping for can only be found in the person of Jesus.

I remember long ago people asking Blonde to tone it down.  But it’s been years.  I’d actually forgotten about some of the reasons it’s been so long.

I just searched Blonde in the Member's section and read several recent posts.  I don't see anything troubling. 

I'm confused how Blonde has been identified as the person sending Mark e-mails?  I believe GTA mentioned an IP address in one of the many posts s/he has made about this issue across the forum.  I tried to find it but couldn't.  Who has access to IP addresses on individual computers?

Seems we have a professional victim class in our society today. Having a Pastor tell you some hard truths is not "spiritual abuse." Are mistakes made, of course, but this group goes beyond anything remotely Biblical...or healing. I see some people I know out here (Linda D). She left the church over a decade ago and yet she's posted almost 2,000 times here and was active on this site yesterday mocking the way Bloomington is trying to communicate to it's members. After 2,000 posts are you experiencing healing Linda? Do you feel better?

The evidence is that a family member, who would know, said that Jason has sent abusive and even threatening emails to Mark Darling. Weird that a group so eager to believe the incoherent, inconsistent and demonstrably false statements of scout (can we just call her Suzanne) would not believe something like this. But hypocrisy is what this group is all about so why would anyone be surprised.

I'm just saying, you're asking for evidence from someone else but if anyone asks how you know who this person is your answer is I don't know, someone else said so. So, that seems just a touch hypocritical to me. BUT WHATEVER

And I know exactly how you can trace an email header, I'm a web designer, and it's come up, its not super hard, so I'm not saying you're wrong or something. I just think it's funny how you're like "I don't know, ask someone else" lol

Jeromy worked in web design and I think programming for over a decade before he started his work in ministry.  I think it would be pretty easy to track that down.

Well I believe it happened.  I told you before that people have talked to him years ago about stuff he’d said here or elsewhere.  I can’t even remember what it was, but if you’ll notice many of his threads here get started and go unanswered.

No secrets. MamaD was my user name in the original Wordpress Decommissioned blog that was all transferred to the forum and taken over by the gcmwarning.com people many years ago.
 
There has been some pretty significant damage done to believers by GCC over many years. I don't expect current GCCers to understand that. I don't write for them and I don't feel any obligation to dialogue with them. I'm saving my energy for people who have been hurt by the bad theology and practice of GCC.

I support everyone's right to stay anonymous. I just find it amusing that on the one hand people are vilified and called cowards for staying anonymous and on the other GCC defenders post lengthy anonymous rebukes and mention that they know me. Oh, really, well I don't know who you are. Wanna tell me?

Yes, I know you Terry. I probably overstated my position yesterday. My beef isn't with this forum or the energy some put into it. And my only issue with Linda is specifically with some of her comments about the current situation with Suzanne. She has been a strong proponent of reserving judgement until both sides are heard from, but I'm not so sure that is going on with these accusations about Mark Darling. There are HUGE holes in Suzanne's story - why be so uncritical on this issue? I know you were wounded on the way out, but this has turned into a crusade to destroy a man. Shouldn't we strive for truth here too. As for my identity I wouldn't really care if you knew who I was but since everyone else operates under the cloak of anonymity here, I think I will too.

And Linda, I'm not attacking you but as I was poking around it appears as one of your posts from 2006 has new life. You said this,
