Hey, wait... I know that smiley face....

I'm guessing you're a guitar slinger that spent many an hour praising the Lord with music that sounded, suspiciously, like Mountain.

Think we can get Mike Gogerty to post? Other musicians from the Missouri Blitz?

Yo, Bozo from HD. I'm the other HD bum. And the dude with the old chevy is Mike Gogerty. I used to live in a smaller house with Dave Bovenmeyer( after the AO House. Other musicians around? I'm the guy who wrote the Proverbs 3 song. Jan Doerckson's farm and her Dad who grew Milo. In the middle of the mess I was Blessed.

Hey Zandy,

I remember you , you had the crush on Maureen before leaving Ames for the east.

We sang together a few times before you left.

Paul, Can you help me place you? I remember Eugene. Do you mind sharing your last name as these 57 year old brain cells fail me. Are you Paul who had the Ford(red and white) pickup? Or perhaps Paul B? By the way this is really great to reestablish contact. Saw Dave T. about 10 years ago. I was not on the GCC track I guess at the time. I beieve in retrospect that he was. I however, am still playing music for Him(electric bass) in a CMA church in NJ. I am truely blessed and regardless of all the controversy with J.Mc. etc I was truely blessed in Ames, probably saved my life.

How many times have I heard this? Usually from women but that's another story....

Where are Jack (Dalton?) & Eugene Pressman?

hey Zandy

I am the Paul that dated Norma, (Later married her) who lived on the same dorm floor as Maureen and Jane.

We played together once or twice at the church camp in rural Iowa where  they had fall and spring retreats. Do you remember Greg Cranston?

Check my "introduction" for a more complete story.

I currently live near Pittsburgh ,Pa. It is amusing that you popped  up  now as I had occasionally thought about you over the years.

Gee, except for the grey you look the same....just like me. who did Jane date? Norma was originally         . And Greg I have a vague memory, but pics would be helpful at this point. Looks like you've gotten a great thing going with photograhy. That is really wonderful to see. How'd you come away from ISU if I may ask? I left to take care of my father who was dying and kind of found that God had plans for me out here so to speak. I've been married 26 years and have 3 kids. Two of them are in college.

After being a member at a number of churches over the years, we've been at a CMA church in Warren NJ for the last 3 years. I have been playing music in a contemporary christian type worship band for that time. You familiar with Chris Tomlin. He's written some very pretty stuff. We've also done some stuff by Sting and Vanessa Williams.  I would probably describe us as at least for the sake of appearance as musicians/christians, but in reality it's christians/musicians/rockers. We do not always play a church mix. We have recently started using an in ear monitor system( helps also with midi click tracks and loops). We have 1 working musician, 2 guitar teachers with the English Muffin guy on drums and the painter on 5 string bass. A Motley Crew.I paint buildings for Rutgers University and have been there 22 years. Zandy
