In February this year, (2018), a new book was published by Jason Oakes called "Sharing Jesus With the Cults."

This book lists Great Commission Churches as a cult along with many other organizations. The author goes further to define how he came to this conclusion.

An interesting read. The author has never formally been a member of GCC but has a plethora of knowledge and wisdom regarding organizations that can be defined as cults while bringing resources and direction on  how to bring the entirety of the Gospel to those in cults while navigating common conversational loopholes.

Thank you for sharing this!  Even just hearing that there is a new book out with someone calling gcc a cult is so affirming for people who have been more recently abused out and are making their way out of mind control and trying to make sense of what is true about God and what isn’t.
