The HOPE BRINGER

The Life Story of C.S. Lewis

What a fascinating story of a man whose hope seemed to be ripped from him at many turns, especially as a child and as a soldier in the horrors of war. So much so that he declared himself a staunch atheist.

The Incredible Journey Channel on YouTube draws you in to his story and how he ended up bringing hope to many in the world.

C.S. Lewis

The Man, His Character, His Selflessness

Oh my gosh! What a treasure this interview with Walter Hooper is of the man, C.S. Lewis. It really takes you inside some of the daily living and conversation of Lewis in Oxford, England. Walter Hooper felt the privilege of becoming Lewis’ “secretary” when Lewis could no longer physically write in his later years.

It is a heart-warming and fascinating look into C.S. Lewis’ true Christ-like love and generosity toward others. Below is the link. Walter Hooper joins the host, Eric Metaxas of Socrates In The City, at about the 7:00 minute mark.
