Who Wrote The Book of LOVE?

Can't you just hear that tune as you read those words. Bopping to that popular song the other day, written in 1958 by The Monotones.  What a great question?  That very special connection called love was initiated by God in the garden toward Adam.  What times they shared together. What meaning was given to circumstance!

Then, God sent Eve for Adam to love just as God loved him.  And Adam started singing, "Why do birds suddenly appear - every time - you walk near?"  Ha, that's another song.  Anyhow, they walked and talked together just like Adam's father taught him.  And, as an added bonus God gave them fireworks as they committed their union to Him and shared one flesh.  They so trusted each other.

God wrote about their days even before he made the earth.  He entered there, in his book, the day he would create Adam and later Eve.  Psalm 139:16 says "And in Your book were all written the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there was not one of them."  How God's heart must have swelled as he penned in his plans.  Don't be fooled thinking the plans were over for Adam and Eve after they ate from the forbidden tree.  God knew that was coming!  He had a PLAN, and oh, what a glorious one.  Don't you see, your mistakes and tragic events are not the end of you if you trust in his LOVE?

Look what it says immediately following 16, in verse 17.  "How precious also are Your thoughts, O God.  How great the sum of them."  The Greek seems to be saying the association of ideas God has for you and about you are precious, highly esteemed, and rare (likely unique).  His ideas about you are not only highly valued, they have a purpose to write your story. To make it even more wonderful, if that's possible, His thoughts and ideas are so numerous that they are impossible to count.  Woa!

In the lyrics to "The Book of Love" it says:

[(Chapter One says to love her)
(You love her with all your heart)
(Chapter Two you tell her you're)
(Never, never, never, never, never gonna part)
(In Chapter Three remember the meaning of romance)
(In Chapter Four you break up
(But you give her just one more chance))

Aren't you glad in God's Book of Love written for us there will never be a Chapter Four?  God will NEVER break up with us.  We like Adam have infinite chances in his forgiveness provided by His Own Blood through His LOVE.  He has such amazing purposes for all the crazy and even bad things that happen in our lives.  He has passionately written all the days of your precious story in HIS BOOK OF LOVE.
