GCAC Fees and dues for a Local church to be a part of the association

I am not necessarily new here, but this is my first post. I have a long history with GCAC as a young kid through college, and my family (father) is/was involved in pastoral leadership. I do remember our local church/churches having to pay a certain percentage of our monthly income to the GCAC. I know as the church went through good and bad financial times that percentage was adjusted accordingly, but I am curious if anyone knows the base membership fees and how those are calculated? Thanks all for this great community!
