Thank you for the update, Woodbern82.

As someone who spends time regularly in the greater Seattle area, I've grieved the rapid ruin of what used to be a jewel of a city. If ever there was a city that needed an active, energetic church to share the transforming love of Christ, Seattle is that city. What a terrible loss, that so many believers, in such a spiritually needy city, ended up following a charismatic shock-jock instead of a true servant of Christ.

Edit: Apologies if that last sentence comes across like I'm blaming the victims. I'm not. I was deceived by false teachers, too; otherwise I wouldn't be on this forum. But it is still a terrible loss that so much goodwill and energy were diverted away from reaching a lost city and toward building up a false teacher's ego.
