During Karl Quickert's sermon at The Rock this past Friday (at about the 4 minutes into the sermon), he mentions that people have been asking for more information about why Mark's ordination was rescinded & that more information around this would be added to the update website in the coming days.  Just an FYI.  Here's the message link:

(nothing new here since the July 23 apology, just included the link for convenience of those checking)

Seems like there is such a disconnect between the BOT decision and the treatment of Mark Darling by Evergreen pastors and wider GCM peeps.

The aftermath looks chaotic and disjointed. On the one hand, Mark Darling was inappropriate with multiple women to the point of the BOT rescinding his ordination. But on the other hand, Mark Darling is deserving of much effusive praise from the pulpits of two of the pastors who were guilty of covering up some of these inappropriate incidents. The apology to the women comes much later than the praise to Mark Darling, and the apology is mostly a clinical recounting of how the right policies were not in place. An apology that looks pretty empty of acknowledging the severe damage Mark Darling's behavior caused to multiple women. Meanwhile, this "wonderful" Mark Darling does not confess that he ever did anything inappropriate and he resigns and starts a new "ministry" and he is still called a pastor on his website. On his website there is now a note from Thelma Clark, wife of Dennis who along with Jim McCotter founded the whole GCx "movement", just praising Mark Darling to the highest degree of what a wonderful servant of God Mark Darling is.

So what is going on? Is Mark Darling being deserving of having his ordination rescinded because of inappropriate behavior with multiple women just a charade? Is the apology by Mark Bowen, Brent Knox, and Doug Patterson genuine, or just empty words and platitudes? And in reality, do these pastors even get it, the damage done by Mark Darling and do they believe that in reality Mark Darling is not guilty of anything apart from crossing a line with women that was "misunderstood" because he is such a wonderful emotive person?

So confusing. Sad for the victims and their families.

It seems to be gone.

Anyone else notice that it's missing?

I read it on Aug 1 and it is still there.  Although I am sure this page will be gone eventually.

They took it down for a few hours I think possibly to reformat it. I think they added headers, etc. The thing that stuck out to me was instead of saying SVD’s charges of physical abuse could not be substantiated (the word the BOT used) they said her charges were not valid and had NOT in all caps AND underlined. It was a vague statement that has connotations regarding the character of a woman who had minimally by their own admission been verbally sexually abused. Very unwise and unkind to have that in writing and emphasized.
