I listened to a podcast this weekend about public apologies. It gave me a lot to think about in relation to the ECC situation. Wish I had time to add my thoughts, but for now I just wanted to share it with you all. I wish ECC would listen. There is a lot of wisdom in some of what they say relating to both sides of an apology. I recommend a listen if you get a chance, and would be curious everyone's thoughts in regards to the current situation or just apologies in general.

This was really a great study on apologies. I listened to it yesterday and you need to have some time but it is well worth it.

Thank you for posting this, Araignee!
