I come here because I'm still pretty fresh out of gc, and reading other people's stories and posts, who have been out longer, is comforting to me. Leaving such a tight environment, knowing nothing else is traumatic, and scary, and there are wounds that haven't healed, it helps to know others have come through it just fine, and I can too. I also stay because I hope to be a comforting voice for others who leave some day

I have another account but currently can't get into it. If you want to know it, just message me. In case I get the same things that others have been getting. My story has already been posted.

I come back to this forum to check on new posts and be there when others leave. It matters. This is a healing forum. It helps you to know you aren't alone. God must come first in the healing process, but it helps to know that others have been where I was.

I choose not to disclose identity for those trolling or the GCC leaders who might be watching. I learned 7 years ago what happens when someone leaves.
