Anyone more familiar with GC docs/authority/etc. able to compare similarities in these docs and events with GC stuff: http://hushmoney.org/RC_Sproul_Jr-defrocking-docs.htm

as it's always helpful to examine ourselves, and I think some of Mr. Austin's comments on the RC Sproul Jr. and Church's "apology" might apply to GC-published propaganda to appear apologetic despite it being wholly unrepentant in general.

Because of GC's foundings and the leaven it started with...I don't think it can repent. If it doesn't denounce the old teachers, re-examine things specifically, and un-teach things, and dig-out that DNA (radiation anyone?) then it won't happen...it can't change: its doctrine and theologies are piss-poor (and I do mean "piss") in that sense, and it cannot get pass them: you can't change behavior without changing beliefs...and it's "Heavenly Vision" now called "Our Vision" is still in full force...its re-emphasis of "the Great Commission" over emphasizing the person of Christ (from which then the Great Commission would naturally outflow from, which also goes for the work he's done, and the continuance in the washing He appointed for us, etc.) blocks any healthy change.
