My Declaration!

Dedicated to GCxiles

This, I believe, is God's Declaration to all past and present GCxers

Isaiah 52:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8

"Wake up, wake up; put on your strength, Zion! Put on your beautiful garments...
Stand up, shake the dust off yourself!
...Remove the bonds from your neck, captive Daughter Zion." ...
For this is what the Lord God says:
"At first My people went down to Egypt to live there,
then Assyria oppressed them without cause.
So now what have I here"- the Lord's Declaration- "that My people are taken away for nothing? Its rulers wail"-
the Lord's Declaration- "and My name is continually blasphemed all day long.
Therefore My people will know My name;
therefore [they will know] on that day that I am He who says:
Here I am."

“This Is It!”

When I first came to Christ in 1980, a song by Kenny Loggins would play on the radio & my spirit would soar. It was confirmation of what I now possessed! My heart would stir every time I heard that tune and I wanted to publicly shout “this IS IT!”. New Christians can hardly contain their JOY. It just seems to spill over. I really couldn’t make out most of the rest of the lyrics, but I knew they were encouraging. It was like God gave me a way to shout, sing and dance to what he had done. I believe He was joining with me in my celebration, dancing and singing his own lyrics along with that tune. There’s a simple shout that goes, “WOO!” that expresses the thrill for both of us at my reconciliation. It’s likely the “prodigals’” father danced when he came home!

“Messing With My Mind”

But then, I was sucked into a local “church” group who compelled me by the false teaching of GCx to do more than live in the SPIRIT, to live for THEM. I was told I must SHOW MORE devoted service to Christ by doing their “the things that make them special”, just like the False Teaching Churches did in the New Testament. (Read more in Galatians, Colossians, 2 Corinthians, and other New Testament books to see the similarities.) They are still doing that today. Just hear from some people in it since then. The GLORY resided in GCx. That was and is their bottom line. (Today, it’s just in much smaller print).

“"Comes to Destroy the Purpose in My Life"

The Devil is soooooo JEALOUS of God’s glory. HE HATES US!! You DO REMEMBER (?) His Glory resides In you. There is nothing Satan can do about that FACT! BUT, HE CAN TRICK US INTO BELIEVING WE (of our own volition or power) need to DO SOMETHING MORE to make it shine. It Will Never Happen. But, the devil keeps holding the carrot out for one more thing we can do in OUR FLESH to make Jesus shine in us. That is another’s yoke. It comes in all kinds of colors and shapes, but it is a deceptive BONDAGE. When you certainly study that thought (of doing something more), it’s actually laughable! There is nothing, Nothing, NOTHING you can do, my friend, to make the miraculous happen to change you. Only Jesus can do that All By HIMSELF through faith alone - that has given you to use. Nothing can be added to what he’s already done.

“God Has Set Me Free”

Through circumstances I wrote about in the HEALING section on this site, entitled “Journey to His Healing”; God broke off the chains of GCx for me, and I finally shook their dust off my feet. I really began to understand in recent years what God's Word said about the "spell" (Paul really uses these words in Galatians!) I was under and how that "authority" operated. I saw that what happened to me unfortunately wasn't new; it happened to believers in the New Testament as Paul describes. I wasn’t alone. I was actually under a yoke of bondage and didn’t even know it. It was a trap Satan set for me, BUT GOD has used this terrible captivity to make me more effective than I probably would have been without it. His PERSONAL Healing to me has taught me to Stand Up Tall in HIM.

“This is It, Ya’ll”

Stand up and fight for the FAITH Jesus gave you. TAKE OFF THIS YOKE. Shake off the dust of these lies. Don’t Be Afraid of Them Anymore. Enough! Rise up in your true position and freedom in Christ. Stand Up and Fight! The verses above and the song below are part of God's confirmation to me to expose the lies of GCx.
